These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of booking services for experiences and tours ("Services") provided by Valtours ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our service.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including but not limited to its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Valtours or its licensors, suppliers, and vendors.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
You agree to release Valtours from any and all responsibility if damages or injury occur before, during, or after any event, experience, or tour as Valtours does not directly operate events, experiences, or tours nor do we personally own/inspect any food, drinks, materials, resources, vehicles, or animals used for events, experiences, or tours.
Cancellation/Refunds
As a travel experience booking company, our primary goal is to provide customers with amazing experiences. As such, we provide customers the opportunity to cancel their non-private tours for a full refund if done so more than 24 hours before pickup time. Customers may cancel private experiences free of charge if they do so within 24 hours of booking. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. You may also reschedule non-private tours free of charge if more than 24 hours before pickup time.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Valtours regarding the use of the Service and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
